The Shoppes of Benton | Benton, AR
Located just off of Interstate 30 is the Shoppes of Benton, a 29 acre multi-use development. Ozark Civil Engineering was tasked with master-planning the entire project. The project consisted of a wide variety of retail tenants with 175,000 square feet of total retail space. For this project approximately 600 feet of water main and 2,000 feet of sewer main extensions were provided. Stream rerouting coordination was also completed to comply with local, state and federal agencies. Ozark also worked with the Arkansas DOT to widen the road adjacent to the property.
Tractor Supply Company | Albuquerque, NM
Being nestled within a residential district, Tractor Supply of Albuquerque posed many challenges. Ozark was tasked with discussing the development with neighbors within the proximity of the proposed store. Through multiple meetings, a new store would be built that would satisfy all parties. This particular store had various architectural upgrades per the request of the county and local citizens. Passive water harvesting was also utilized in this project to help with water quality and help control erosion.
